Applications
This panel is ideal for producing incredibly uniform matte concrete surfaces on construction sites and in precast concrete factories. It can withstand both longitudinal and transverse loads.
Technical specifications
- Oversized formwork panel in plywood veneered to DIN 68792 standard
- Coated with high-quality melamine resin film (MF) 550 g/m² on each side.
- Edges sealed for durability.
- To achieve SB 3/4, a concrete pouring test is required.
- Alkaline-resistant surface.
- Significantly reduced water permeability.
- Enhanced light resistance.
- Discoloration caused by potential interactions with phenolic resin coatings is eliminated.
- Longer lifespan compared to conventional phenolic resin-based coatings.
