  • Qualities

These timber formwork bearers feature a patented or laminated core made from a 3‑ply web panel, ensuring high load‑bearing capacity and bending strength with minimal deformation.

The core and the mounted flanges are connected using a special finger‑joint system. In addition, all H20 system beams are treated with a waterproof, water‑repellent coating, making them weather‑resistant and significantly extending their service life. As a result, H20 beams are more durable than conventional sawn timber beams.

All our 3‑ply laminated system beams are equipped with shock‑resistant plastic end caps. These caps protect the beam ends against mechanical damage and prevent splintering, further extending the lifespan of the beams and allowing repeated reuse on site.

H20 system beams consist of three layers. The beam length is printed on each beam to increase ease of use on the construction site and help save valuable time.

We also supply PEFC‑certified system beams. For these H20 beams, the timber originates from sustainably managed forests.
