For this annex building, the choice was made to use a sustainable wooden skeleton construction. The wooden cladding, consisting of Thermo Ayous Triple slats, is combined with integrated LED strips.

Thanks to the clever integration of LED strips into the wood, the facade becomes not only modern and elegant but also functional, with subtle lighting that provides a warm ambiance in the evenings and during the winter months.

Furthermore, Thermo Ayous is a sustainable choice for exterior cladding due to the thermal modification process that makes the wood resistant to insects, fungi, and weather conditions. It provides natural insulation, promoting energy efficiency and aiding in maintaining a comfortable indoor climate. Additionally, Thermo Ayous requires minimal maintenance, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly option for a long-lasting facade performance.
