Packaging wood

Packaging wood is softwood where a slight wane is permitted. The wood can be supplied freshly sawn and dried. It is also possible to carry out a heat treatment in line with ISPM 15 guidelines. This ensures that the wood is free of harmful organisms.

Packaging wood is used for the transport and protection of goods. This type of wood is available in the form of boards (wooden slats), beams and dunnage wood (stop wood).
