Marketing Manager

Hout - Bois van Steenberge is part of vS Invest. This is a family-owned holding company in full expansion, primarily engaged in the import of wood and sheet materials, as well as textile printing. The group employs more than 120 people both domestically and internationally.

Our company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

As the head of the marketing department, you will collaborate with the group's management to:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns,

• Coordinate and manage all marketing activities, including advertising, events, email marketing, social media, and PR,

• Analyze market trends and competition to continuously improve and refine our marketing strategies.

• Support sales and customer service.

• Establish and manage budgets for marketing activities and report performance to management.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of marketing analysis tools.

• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

• Team player with the ability to lead and motivate.
